Tim Johnson

Director of Human Resources

Tim holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in benefits, employee engagement, safety, and recruiting. As Director of Human Resources, he is focused on fostering a strong company culture, enhancing employee development, and ensuring a safe and supportive workplace. With a background in both large and small manufacturing companies, as well as distribution, he has extensive safety experience from his time at International Paper and Rotex Global. His goal is “to help our people reach their potential through education and training, ensuring success for both the individual and the company.”
