Bob Dieckman

Chief Executive Officer

Bob has served as Fecon CEO since 2019.  He has led Fecon during a period of significant market growth, expansion, and transformation.  Previously he served in a variety of executive positions with Rotex Global for 12 years, including President from 2014-2019.  During his tenure with Rotex, sales grew three-fold through both organic growth, international expansion, and acquisition. Prior to Rotex, he served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO of Basco Manufacturing Company for 10 years. In 2007, he was recognized as Greater Cincinnati CFO of the Year for privately held companies by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Bob has over forty years of finance, commercial and operational experience with domestic and global manufacturing businesses in private and public companies. He continues to serve on numerous business and non-profit boards.  Dieckman graduated from the University of Notre Dame.
