The BK7620 Blackhawk targets stringy, fibrous, dense and fast growing vegetation, the kind found in regions with higher temperatures and longer growing cycles. It processes stubborn standing material quickly and will pick up and feed felled material so nothing is left behind unprocessed.
Up to 8 inches with ease. Working width is 76 inches, overall width is 91 inches and the head weighs 3,000 lbs.
The BK7620 spec sheet lists 45 to 75 GPM at a maximum pressure of 6,000 PSI, with a maximum of 195 horsepower. It is driven by a single 160V variable displacement hydraulic motor.
It is sized for quick spool up and immediate recovery, uses reversible tools to maximise tool life and value, and runs a specific lacing pattern that processes material efficiently while balancing production against tool life. It carries 28 tools on a 20 inch rotor turning at 2,400 RPM.
High strength steel body construction to withstand the rigors of everyday use, a replaceable bolt on shear bar and wear liner so the chamber can be refreshed rather than replaced, and an adjustable pin on push bar to guide cut material into the rotor.
Through a bolt on universal skid steer and CTL quick attach, supplied with carrier specific hydraulic hoses and couplers. Rotor bearings are SD65.
The combination of a 160V variable displacement motor and a rotor sized for quick spool up delivers more rotor torque as the load increases. That keeps the rotor turning through dense fibrous material instead of bogging down and needing time to recover.
