Jeff Smith joins Fecon as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 30 years of financial leadership experience across manufacturing and service industries. Jeff has a proven track record of driving growth, leading strategic initiatives, and building high-performing teams. His background includes key leadership roles with Batesville Casket, Hill-Rom, Protective Industries (dba Caplugs), and Gorilla Glue with extensive domestic and international experience. Jeff holds a B.A. in Business from Hanover College and an M.B.A. from Ball State University. At Fecon, Jeff will lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management as we continue to grow and scale the business. His deep expertise in acquisitions, ERP implementations, corporate restructuring, and global expansion will play a key role in shaping Fecon’s next phase of growth.
