Mixers

Fecon‘s^® Mixer program includes mixers for a wide range of materials for applications including mulch coloring, liquid coating of road salt, or blending organics and soils. Mixers can be configured for continuous or batch processing in stationary or mobile frames with electronic or diesel power options. All systems are easily adjustable to achieve the ideal mixing speed, agitation, and introduction of liquids to meet desired quality and production rates. Optional stacking conveyors are also available to increase discharge pile heights or feed into a secondary operation.

The Rainbow Mulch Coloring System adds a pump metering system that automatically introduces the correct ratio of water and colorant through a spray bar assembly where it is atomized to provide uniform coverage and color intensity. The result is a high quality colored mulch product that landscapers love. Fecon’s Road Salt Mixer also uses a pump metering system and spray bar assembly to introduce desired liquid coatings to improve the benefits of road salt in icy conditions. The Road Salt Mixer has an optional stainless steel liner and is available as standard in the continuous process configuration. When mixing a variety of organics and soils, Fecon Mixers can be equipped with or without the pump metering and spray bar assembly features. Blend compost, manure, soil, and other organics to create uniform blends of landscape or nursery products, or to clean up contaminated soils.
